Included in the group programme

  • 4 live guided meditation sessions

    You will have 4 live meditation sessions delivered over Zoom. If you are unable to attend live, the session will be available on catch-up. Please check current dates and times upon enrollment. Live sessions will run on set days and at set times.

  • Online programme and resources

    As well as the live sessions, the platform will also offer some reading resources and pre-recorded audio for you to enjoy in your own time. If once per week isn't enough for your self-care fix, listen as often as desired!

Prefer a more individualised approach?

One-to-one packages can run in 4 week blocks, online (nationwide) or in-person (Solihull or Hall Green, West Midlands). Sessions will be tailored around your individual needs and well-being goals, with full access to the online course and resources.   • I can't attend the live sessions, can I still do the course?

    Yes! The weekly sessions will be available on demand, and if you join the programme after it has started you can request the recordings.

  • How long do the meditation sessions last?

    Each weekly session will last approximately 1 hour.

  • Is meditation effective online over Zoom?

    Yes! In fact, many people prefer it, as they feel more able to relax in their own homes.

  • How will I feel when in meditation?

    Meditation is a completely safe technique, that merely alters your state of awareness. You'll feel very relaxed, but in control and aware of your surroundings at all times.

  • I have a medical condition and I'm not sure if the course is right for me.

    If you are unsure, always check with your GP first of all. The course is designed for those wanting to create healthier lifestyle behaviour change, where your circumstances are more specific, a one-to-one programme may be more suitable following an initial consultation.
