Each day is a careful blend of group meditation geared towards managing anxiety, gentle movement to improve posture and aid efficient breathing, breathing techniques to prevent and regain control of panic attacks and tools and techniques to let go of unwanted sensations and welcome in positivity, self-worth and confidence.
