One-to-one is also available both in-person and online.

SlenderWays is a 4 week programme that will combine hypnotherapy and lifestyle advice and guidance, to help you make positive choices and re-programme bad habits. This programme is not a diet, depriving yourself of food will only make you want it more. Instead, you will address the habit behind the behaviour and make adjustments on a subconscious level for lasting change.

Included in the group programme

  • 4 live hypnotherapy sessions

    You will have 4 live hypnotherapy sessions delivered in person or over Zoom. If you are unable to attend live, the session will be available on catch-up. Please check current dates and times upon enrollment. Live sessions will run on set days and at set times.

  • Online programme and resources

    A full course packed with resources and lifestyle guidance to help you on your behaviour change journey, arming you with information on healthy lifestyles and activities to motivate and inspire change. Available for up to 12 months after the course.

  • Daily listening audio

    A daily listening hypnotherapy meditation to keep you focused and on track in achieving your goals. On average it takes approximately 21 days to break a habit, with repeated listening you'll be well on your way to positive change and taking action towards a healthy lifestyle.

  • Bonus audio tracks

    Many areas of life feed into your ability to maintain a healthy weight, such as stress, confidence, self-esteem, and motivation. The course will also provide hypnotherapy audio recordings for your enjoyment and to target these areas, supporting lasting change.

  • I can't attend the live sessions, can I still do the course?

    Yes! The weekly sessions will be available on demand, and if you join the programme after it has started you can request the recordings.

  • How long do the hypnotherapy sessions last?

    Each weekly session will last approximately 1.5 hours. The first session may take a little longer as you'll be introduced to the course and how to get the most from your content within the platform. Each week will start with a short presentation to focus your attention on an aspect of the course content, followed by your weekly hypnotherapy session.

  • Is hypnotherapy effective online over Zoom?

    Yes! In fact, many people prefer it, as they feel more able to relax in their own homes.

  • How will I feel when in hypnosis?

    Hypnotherapy is a completely safe technique, that merely alters your state of awareness. You can liken hypnosis to meditation or daydreaming. You'll feel very relaxed, but in control and aware of your surroundings at all times.

  • I have a medical condition and I'm not sure if the course is right for me.

    If you are unsure, always check with your GP first of all. The course is designed for those wanting to create healthier lifestyle behaviour change, where your circumstances are more specific, a one-to-one programme may be more suitable following an initial consultation.   • What happens after the 4 week course finishes?

    The course is designed to start you off on your positive weight loss journey. You will be armed with the tools to make lasting changes over time. You will have access to the course materials and audio for 12 months. There will also be maintenance programmes scheduled throughout the year.

Prefer a more individualised approach?

One-to-one packages can run in 4-8 week blocks, online (nationwide) or in-person (Solihull or Hall Green, West Midlands). Sessions will be tailored around your personal weight loss and well-being goals, with full access to the online course and resources.
