This workshop is designed for young people aged 9 and up, including pre-teens and teens who may be navigating the unique challenges of growing up and settling into senior school.

Calming Tools and Meditation: Participate in guided visualisations, soothing breathing techniques, and exercises to manage anxious feelings together.

Creative Drawing and Affirmations: Engage in a creative activity to draw and label your anxiety, helping us understand and reframe it in a positive light. Then, craft your very own affirmation stones – paint or write empowering words on stones to take home as daily reminders of your inner strength.

Confidence-Building Activities: Dive into affirmations, self-esteem boosters, and practical tools designed to help you navigate life’s ups and downs with resilience.
