Hypno Glo does not share personal information with any other party, Hypno Glo uses online servers to back up computer documents. All of which are password protected.
Hypno Glo's computer is backed up by an online server (both are password protected) and onto an external hard drive.
Health Questionnaires
Hypno Glo currently holds (depending on the workshop course or class enrolled onto):
- addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Emergency contact number
- Date of Birth
- Email address
- Class/1-2-1 notes
- Medical history (past and present)
It is down to the client/class participant to inform Hypno Glo of any changes to their medical status or history. When partaking in group sessions it is your responsibility to inform Hypno Glo of any medical conditions that may affect participation, please email [email protected] and in the event of non-communication you are partaking voluntarily.
All health histories will be held for up to 7 years (for insurance purposes)
Hard copies (where applicable) are stored in a locked filling cabinet.
In some instances, Hypno Glo will need to write (consent given) to a healthcare professional to gain written consent that the participant is suitable for the training/class they have approached Hypno Glo for and also, if there are any significant changes in health histories for current members under Hypno Glo's guidance. All communication will be copied and sent to the client/participant.
Telephone numbers
Contact numbers are used for informing class participants/client’s
- changes in times of sessions
- cancellations of sessions
You can at any point request to have your number deleted, neither is it mandatory for you to provide contact telephone number, however Hypno Glo will not be able to contact you about session/class changes via this method should they not hold a phone number for you.
Email addresses
Hypno Glo will only use your email address to use for the following:
- Confirmation of booking/enrolment
- Live session links and resources
- Marketing – promotions, masterclasses workshops, courses, retreats, and other services
- Updates on Data and Privacy Policies, Terms, and conditions
- Changes in times for sessions or classes
You can at any point request to have your email address deleted, however Hypno Glo will not be able to provide information in any other format.
For marketing promotions, there will be an opt out option available.
Photographs and Videos
In some cases, Hypno Glo may ask to take a photo or video footage of a class/training session for marketing purposes (consent required). Hypno Glo participant and learners have the right to opt out of photographs or videos. These photos or videos will be kept for the duration of the advertisement or in some cases indefinitely, unless requested by the participant to be erased.
Testimonials
Hypno Glo may ask for a client to give a written testimonial (consent received) for marketing purposes and will be kept indefinitely unless an agreed time frame has been arranged. Unless requested by the client to be erased.
