These terms and conditions are in addition to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. Please read these terms of use and policies carefully before proceeding to enrol onto any course, package, retreat or session, or any other services from Hypno Glo.
By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions to take effect immediately upon enrolment of the service. If you do not agree to these terms of use, then please do not continue the enrolment process and do not use the site.
1. Use of Site 1.1 Access to and use of Hypno Glo’s classes, packages, retreats and on demand classes and audios will be hosted by Thinkific. You will need to sign in and create an account in order to make a purchase.
1.2 Hypno Glo provides various learning resources, materials, information, articles, news, research, videos and photographs across their online courses, and classes. Users may not modify, adapt, reproduce, share or distribute these resources in any way.
1.3 All learning resources and materials belong to Hypno Glo and are confidential. Users must not resell, auction, rent or give away any of the content or resources to any other persons.
1.4 breaches of these terms will result in termination of your authorised use of the site and resources

2.1 All materials and resources belong to Hypno Glo. The materials and resources on this site are copyrighted. Any unauthorised use of materials or resources on this site may violate copyright and trademark laws
3. Sources of information
3.1 Links to external website and resources are intended to provide you with means to expand your own research. Hypno Glo does not control nor is responsible for any content within these external websites. If you decide to access any of these external websites, you do so entirely at your own risk
3.2 All information within our resources is for educational and informational purposes only, and while our content is researched, your access and use of our site, resources and course materials, videos, articles, and references, are completely at your own risk. Information obtained through Hypno Glo’s learning materials is for knowledge only. Hypno Glo does not overrule advice given by medical health care professionals and in some instances you may be required to submit a referral letter
3.3 Our site may contain testimonials form other customers and users. These testimonials reflect the opinions, thoughts and views of others and are a true reflection of their own experience. The experience of others’ may differ from the experience of your own. Individual views and thoughts will vary
Payments 4
4.1 The fees for the services will be as stated or as told at the time of booking.
4.2 Fees will be debited from your debit/credit card at the time of purchase. Fees must be paid in full prior to attending any workshop, retreat, class, hypnotherapy session or any other service provided by Hypno Glo
4.3 All fees are non transferable and non refundable. Session must be taken on the allocated date and time arranged. Please ensure that you have pre booked your time slot, or booked onto live dates in advance of booking where required.
4.4 In the event that Hypno Glo needs to cancel and event, class or sessions for reasons beyond their control, then a full refund will be granted.
5. No warrant
5.1 The resources provided by Hypno Glo and at this site are ‘as is’ without any warranty of any kind. Whilst Hypno Glo do everything to ensure materials are current and up to date, Hypno Glo does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of any materials nor do they endorse fitness for purpose
5.2 Hypno Glo can make changes to materials and resources at any time, this includes learning materials, videos, articles, types of service and prices.
5.3 If attending training on specific dates and times, these sessions are non-transferable and must be attended on the date and time stipulated. Hypno Glo reserves the rights to change times and days as necessary or vary or withdraw the service at any time without notice.
5.4 All sales are final. Hypno Glo will not provide compensation or a refund for any taught courses, online courses, workshops, classes, on demand, retreats, hypnotherapy bookings or any other service provided by Hypno Glo, unless stated at the time of booking.
6. Update 6.1 Hypno Glo reserves the rights to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Please check these terms and conditions for changes and updates. In using the site and its services you are agreeing to any changes.

Some courses may contain pre-recorded audios and videos.
When listening to the hypnosis audios do so in a safe, comfortable place where you'll be undisturbed for the duration. Do not listen to any hypnosis audio's whilst driving or operating machinery, or whilst doing anything that requires your full attention. These audio tracks are not designed to be listened to by anyone with epilepsy, heart conditions or a fitted pacemaker, severe depression or severe mental health problems, including psychosis.
